·         Civil Engineering, Construction and Logistics services. The company seeks to recruit: Qualified professionals, highly competent, energetic, and dynamic individuals into the following Departments: 1.      PROCUREMENT OFFICER JOB SUMMARY:

The Procurement Officer is responsible for the purchase of goods and services for the company. He/she will help approve the best products or services while ensuring that corporate, governmental policies are adhere to.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)      Analyze the purchase request from the user departments and determine the appropriate method of procurement

2)      Coordinate the preparation of the procurement documents

3)      Developing and maintaining a preferred database

4)      Developing and maintaining a reporting system for contractors

5)      Establishing and maintaining a contact register R

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EDUCATION ·        

 Bachelor’s degree of Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or any field of Engineering. ·        

Ability to pay attention to details ·        

 Strong decision making skills ·        

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 ·         Minimum of 2 years post graduation experience

2.      SENIOR MUD ENGINEER JOB SUMMARY:

The senior Mud Engineer will be a lead drilling engineer responsible for the preparation, execution and reporting of well operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.      Represent the company to execute drilling fluids engineering, its practices and philosophy.

2.      Will work as the engineer and sales representative on the drilling

3.      Developing well designs for drilling, completion and work over fluids provision of effective customer service by giving coordinators and rig site customer information related to the progress of a rig site

4.      Maintain a daily record of Drilling and Completion Fluid properties, cost and performance 5.      Provide a detailed and well cost reconciliation of drilling & completions fluids .
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / EDUCATION: ·        

 Must have first degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Geology and reasonable knowledge of drilling procedures.

·        Must have good functional and technical skill ·        

 Exceptional interpersonal communication skill required

 ·         A minimum of 10 years working experience: with 7 years as a Lead Engineer

3.      INVENTORY ANALYST JOB SUMARY : The inventory Analyst is responsible for monitoring and implementing of procedures to ensure proper inventory management in the warehouse KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Develop, implement and monitor all key function related to inventory transactions to ensure accuracy.

2.      Coordinate a cycle count in a perpetual inventory environment

3.      Monitor special order returns

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILL / EDUCATION: ·        

Must have first degree in Accounting or Economics and Statistics

·         Excellent communication and analytical skills

·         Prudent in the use of Excel and other Inventory software

·         3-5 years experience in supply chain, distribution financial and inventory analysis
